Shiksha Niketan organizes patriotic quiz competition

Jammu, Dec 10: Shiksha Niketan Senior Sec. School Jeevan Nagar organised "Inter School Patriotic Quiz competition" in order to promote patriotism among the youth. The programme was conducted by Col. V.K. Sahai in coordination with "Sainik Welfare Department" in school premises on 9th of December, 2019 at 10:30 am onward.
The whole programme took place under the supervision of event incharge Sanjeev Goswami, event coordinator Arun sharma along with his team member in the worthy presence of our Principal Rameshwar Mengi.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the "Traditional Lamp" by the chief guest Brig. Harcharan Singh (Retd.) Director of Sainik Department J&K.
A total of 10 schools from Jammu division participated in this competition and appeared for Written Exam (Round 1) and then Top 5 teams were selected for Final Round i.e. "Quiz Competition." All participants put in their best to win the competition.
The first position was clinched by Heritage School. The second position was bagged by Sainik School and the third position went to Shiksha Niketan Sr. Sec. School Jeevan Nagar.
