District Police organizes Training-Cum-Workshop

Jammu, Dec 11: On the directions of DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Sujit Kumar Singh IPS and under the close supervision of Rashmi Wazir, JKPS SSP Reasi, District Police Reasi today organized a training cum-workshop on the procedure to be adopted while investigating the cases registered in NDPS, Act. Speaking on the occasion Shiv Kumar Singh Chouhan Addl. SP Reasi briefed the officers and officials present during the workshop to strict follow the procedure enshrined in the NDPS Act. He directed the officials to avoid any unnecessary delay in sending the samples seized during investigation of the cases to FSL without any fail. The directions conveyed by senior formations in investigation of NDPS cases were briefed in detail. The session witnessed a threadbare discussion and the queries put forth by the officials were discussed and necessary directions were given on spot. The training session- cum-workshop was attended by Mumtaz Ali Bhatti Dy.SP DAR Reasi, Inspector Ashwani Sharma SHO P/S Reasi, Inspector Sumit Sharma, SHO P/S Pouni, besides IC PPs /IOs of various Police Stations and NGOs of DPL Reasi.
