Jammu, Dec 10: Heaven Kingdom High School and Heaven's Angels 'A Play Way School' Janki Vihar Janipur celebrated its annual day function at Abhinav Theatre, Canal Road. The welcome address was present by Dr Ishita Sachdev. The programme commenced with the traditional lightening of ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest Dr. Farooq Ahmed Peer, Director Academia J&K Board of School Education followed by Ganesh Stuti and Vandana. The Principal of the School Renu Sachdev highlighted the achievements of the School during the current session. On this occasion a bonanza of cultural and entertaining items were presented by the students. Various items were presented by the students like Couple Dance, Jai Jawan Jai Kisan, Save Girl Child, Environment (say to plastic), Chandrayaan Act, Punjabi Bhanghra, Sports and Grand Final etc.
The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour praised the performance of students and gave away the academic prizes to the deserving students and cash prizes were given to the position holders in Board Results. Best Teacher's Awards were given to deserving teachers. |
