Vinod Chandrashekhar Dixit12/12/2019 10:16:17 PM
The World Health Organization (WHO) has documented more than 150 branches of alternate medicines over and above Ayurveda (Oldest therapy in the world). The word naturopathy comes from Greek and Latin and literally translates as "nature disease."Nature cure and naturopathy are as old as our existence. We are not aware but we have been daily using these therapies knowingly or unknowingly. The goal of naturopathic medicine is to treat the whole person that means mind, body, and spirit. It also aims to heal the root causes of an illness not just stop the symptoms. We, the human beings are created by nature, so to heal completely any kinds of severity it is possible only by the nature. Naturopathy has great health promotive, disease preventive, curative as well as preventive potential. Our diet should comprise 20 percent of acidic and 80 percent of alkaline foods for maintaining good health. In short, Naturopathy is another popular treatment among alternative therapies.
Nihar Arogya Mandir (Nihar Charitable Trust ) in Ahmedabad is a well known & trusted Naturopathy Treatment Centre. It was founded in 1994 and is run by Dr. Mukesh Patel & his wife Dr. Deepika Patel who consults patients of all types of diseases since 1996. Non affording patient have availed naturopathy treatment free of cost or paid a lower fee.
Dr. Mukesh Patel is an active in the Field of Naturopathy since 1985. He works on an innovative therapy Habit, Diet and Yoga since 1998. Besides that he makes people aware about health through his innovative lectures giving examples, provides training and consults patients at 'Nihar Naturopathy Centre'. We all are aware that the science and history are brimming with natural ways to maintain good health and stay fit. Nihar Arogya Mandir brings all the knowledge under one roof and offer wholesome wellness to everyone through natural therapies. It is the best naturopathy centre offering umpteen solutions to boost ones health. Their team at naturopathy centre creates a natural therapy roadmap, specific to our body and condition. There is no doubt that to live a healthy life is our right but it is also our duty to pay attention to the five basic elements that has created our body viz. Fire, Earth(Clay), Water, Air, and Space that holds the key to be a healthy and happy individual. In 1994 he launched a program for the benefit of the prisoners in Ahmedabad Central Prison and taught them this art of Habit, Yoga, and Meditation. He is treating many patients free of cost either or with the minimum amount under Nihar Charitable Trust. His wife Dr. Deepika Patel, since 1996 works as a Naturopath and CEO of Nihar Aarogya Mandir. She too has treated thousands of patients with the help of habit, diet, and yoga as well as basic treatments of nature cure viz. mud pack, steam therapy and some kitchen remedies as well as innocent herbs. Number of patients have today got relief in the problems like infertility, knee problems, arthritis, skin diseases, acidity, hiatus hernia, constipation and even Cancer.
Dr. Patel says "I believe in Mother Nature. I only work as a mediator between patient and Mother Nature. My roll gets over when Mother Nature starts operation on her table with the help of five doctors; Fire, Earth (Clay), Water, Air, and Space. I would love to share my knowledge through any platform all over the world and to make it beneficial as ''unpatented patent open for all".' Depending on the patient condition, they use the best therapeutic combination with the primary goal of supporting and stimulating the body's natural healing ability that gives a long term health solution. They share information and knowledge with patients and encourage self-responsibility for their health. After all, Naturopathic Medicine or commonly referred to as naturopathy, is a discrete style of primary care that combines ancient healing customs. It is channeled by a distinctive set of principles that acknowledges the body's natural healing capacity, highlights disease prevention, and inspire individual obligation to achieve optimal health. At Nihar Arogya Mandir people have got relief from diabetes, obesity, weight-loss, psoriasis and other lifestyle diseases through naturopathy treatments only. Accordingly to Dr. Patel, Naturopathy guides us how to live our life in a natural way, what and when to eat and drink, how to sleep and relax. It shows us how the seven elements, which make up the human body, should be utilized in the state of health, as well as ill-health, so that one can live a long and a blissful life.
One interesting thing Dr Patel tells is that "Naturopathy does not advise you to eat or skip meals. It advises you to exercise well and eat natural stuff."
