Congregation of litterateur stalwarts under 'Yayavar Fest' in Jammu on Dec 14

JAMMU, Dec 12: The 'City of Temples' is all set to host the congregation of litterateur stalwarts under the banner of 'Yayavar Festival' on December 14 at Central University of Jammu in Samba district.
The festival is being organised under the direction and auspices of international author, playwright and director Nupur Sandhu and being patronized by the Vice Chancellor Central University Jammu Prof Ashok Aima and English Department HOD Dr Vandana Sharma.
"The Festival is a congregation of litterateur befitting treat to the literary and artistic stalwarts of the Valley," Festival Director, Nupur Sandhu said.
She added that 'YAYAVAR' is an endeavour to India's established and emerging as single platform for writers, poets, painters and performing artists of the region. Sandhu is the first woman ambassador who represented Jammu and promoted its tourism at the Asian Voluntary Summit at Cebu, Phillipines in 2017.
The Director is also felicitated by the Literary Festival at Yalta, Russia for her novel NUMI - The Guarded loop.
Her theatrical venture from Jammu 'In her shoes' showcased the Jammu talent at Mumbai's renowned Kala Ghoda Art Festival.
Moreover, guests are coming to participate in the festival are from Jammu Kolkatta, Bangalore, Pune, Gujrat, Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Punjab, Ladakh, Kashmir and Mumbai.
The main highlights of the YAYAVAR are Panel Discussion on 'Motivational and Behavioural similarities in Serial Killers', symposium on 'Deciphering life, Making Symphony' and 'Love You Zindagi' while prominent figures comprising celebrities, public speakers from film industry, media, senior professors would also be enlightening the audience.
