OBC welcomes LG's statement over new reservation policy
12/13/2019 9:37:36 PM
Early times Report

Jammu, Dec 13: The statement of Lt Governor Grish Chander Murmu over new reservation policy in JK-UT is welcomed by the state OBCs through AIBCU which clears the deprivation of the constitutional rights / due reservation to some sections in view of separate laws in J&K during governance under art 370.
In an emergency meet of the union under the leadership of its General Secretary Prof Kalidass, and all the speakers and participants welcome Lt Governor who has understood the sufferings of the state OBCs who were never called OBCs but the respective govts in jk state ,changed the name of real OBCs to OSCs (other social castes ) as stated by vice president principal Darshan Mehra
They added that the Art 370 which had given a special status to J&K was misused by the respective rulers mainly the NC, Congress and PDP who never listened to the state OBCs whose population is about 60% of the state population where as art 370 had no clause to stop the implementation of Mandal Report in J&K but adamant rulers kept the state OBCs always high and dry and one can understand that how far the state OBCs suffered till date where as the apex court's judgement on mandal report was in 1992,more than 28 years have passed.
They also said that the situation for OBCs called OSCs during governance under art 370 was similar to those of minorities of Pakistan in view of which CAB passage is the result. Rulers in J&K were the Muslims and as J&K is a Muslim dominated state with about 70% Muslim population, the Muslim OBC population in the state is above 50% of the Muslim population , those Muslim rulers did not care for the poor OBC Muslims too.
In J&K neither Desh's constitution nor state's constitution was implemented ,we too appealed the then state rulers to go by the ruling under Ahlay Quran And Ahlay Islam which say " kisi ka haq khana, kisi ka haq dabana ya kisi ka haq utha kar kisi ko dena " a great inhuman act but the treacherous rulers did not care.
The unemployed youth of the poor lot were exploited by the self interested rulers and ultimately these poor people were engaged in stone pelting as a source for earning money. Poor people were allured for money and militancy could be handy work of self interested people to keep benefits of special status of J&K under art 370 as it (art370 )was only meant for the then treacherous rulers belonging to few families.
OBCs want a complete abrogation of art 370 ; the present form of abrogation of art 370 is incomplete, stands differently on the face values of different sections of the society with no change in jk-ut except the SIGN BOARD.
