JAMMU, Dec 13: Satwari Police Station arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for a long time.
According to sources, based on information, SHO Police Station Satwari, Inspector Gurmeet Singh along with his team conducted a raid in Digiana area and arrested one person who was identified as, Madan Lal resident of Nanak Nagar Jammu. "He was absconding in case FIR No. 118/2014 U/S 279/337/338 RPC of P/S Satwari and was evading his arrest since long", sources said, adding that Police produced him in the court of law today. Warrant U/S 512 Cr.PC had already been issued against the above-said absconder by Additional Munsiff Court Jammu, which executed with his arrest. |
