| Jallian villagers state protest against PDD | | |

POONCH, Dec 14: People of village Jallian staged a protest against Power Development Department (PDD) for its failure to restore electricity supply to their area for the last one month.
Protestor raising slogans against the PDD said that there is no electricity in their village for the last one month as the transformer of the area got damaged while neither its repair nor a replacement has been made till date due to which people are forced to live without power. Protesting people said that they approached the PDD and made number of pleas to restore the supply but all their efforts proved futile. |
