Punjabi Sahitik Sabha conducts Literary Meet

Jammu, Dec 15: Punjabi Sahitik Sabha, R S Pura held its monthly literary meeting at Lexicon International Playway School, Tali More, Miran Sahib, Jammu.
Deep Aarsi, a senior Ghazal writer was the chief guest whereas Dr. Monojit, President PLS, J and S. bhupinder Singh, a senior fiction writer were the special guests in the programme.
Well known writers, poets of Punjabi and intellectuals attended the meeting. S. Harjit Singh Uppal, President, Punjabi Sahitik Sabha, R S Pura welcomed the writers in the meeting. In the programme Dr. Monojit read out a paper on his acoplishment of reading of books in the recent past. A Kavi Darbar was conducted in which Balwinder Singh Deep, J P Singh Azad, Devinder Singh Vishavnagrik, Amar Singh Kuka, Jang S. Verman, Sharan Singh, Suraj Rattan, M S Kaamra, Ashok Kumar Amber, Star Singh, Rajpaul Singh Mastana, Harjit Singh Uppal, Bhupinder Singh Raina, Pyasa Anjum, Dr. Nirmal Vinod, Deepak Aasrsi and others recited their poetry on various subjects reflecting the issues day- to- day life situations and relationships.
In his address Deepak Aarsi appreciated that Punjabi Sahitik Sabha, R S Pura is organizing its literary programmes at different places. He also appreciated the poetry recited by various poets in the programme.
