Jammu and Kashmir leads by 302 runs on day 3 stumps

JAMMU, Jan 13; Jammu and Kashmir restricted Servicer on 242 runs in the first innings and has taken the lead of over 302 runs on the day three stumps in a Ranji Match Elite Group C. The match is being played at Air force Complex ground, Palam, New Delhi Services.
Services were 238 for the loss of nine wickets on the start of the third day's play and could only add four runs to the team and bundled out for 242 runs in first innings. P S Poonia was the last wicket to go by the hands of Umar Nazir.
For Jammu and Kashmir Mudhasir and Umar Nazir took three wickets. Auqib Nabi, Abid Mushtaq, Parveez Rasool and Abdul Samad managed one wicket each. Mudhasir was the most economical bowler as he bowled at an economy of 2 runs per over.
Jammu and Kashmir had a lead of over 118 runs in second innings however opener batsmen failed to score big as Suryansh Raina and Shubham Khajuria both managed 4 runs only. While one down batsman Henan Nazir added 5 runs only as Jammu and Kashmir three wickets down on 14 runs.
Shubham Khajuria had scored half century in first innings. Captain Parveez Rasool yet again came forward for the rescue of team as scored 45 runs before his wicket was taken by Diwesh Gurdev Pathania. He went to the dugout when the Jammu and Kashmir were on the score of 89.
Abdul Samad failed to impress again as he scored only 5 runs before hitting one in the year. Then the command was taken by Wicket keeper Fazil Rashid and senior batsman Shubham Pundir as he they still on the crease.
Shubham is unfinished on 90 runs and Fazil on 25 runs. Services learnt lesson from first innings as they conceded only 6 extras. For Services, Diwesh Gurdev Pathania took three wickets and Sachidanand Pande had two wickets. Earlier Jammu and Kashmir scored 360 runs on day one with Captain Parvez Rasool scored 182 runs in 172 balls.
