Srinagar, Jan 17: Security forces have arrested an Over Ground Worker (OGW) of Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said on Friday.
They said on a tip off security forces arrested OGW Ishfaq Ahmad Dar at Awantipora in Pulwama. Dar, a resident of Padgampora, was involved in many militancy related incidents, they said.
Police on Thursday said five militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), who were planning to cause blasts and other incidents before Republic Day on January 26, were arrested in Srinagar. |
