Srinagar, Jan 17: Air traffic was normal on Friday after some early morning flight got delayed due to poor visibility at Srinagar International Airport.
''All incoming and outgoing flights were operating normally from Srinagar airport,'' an official of airport said today.
He said some early morning flights were delayed at the only airport in the valley due to poor visibility. However, he said as the day progressed, the visibility improved and the flights were operating normally.
The air traffic resumed on Thursday afternoon after remaining suspended on Wednesday due to heavy to very heavy snowfall in Kashmir.
During the last six days, air traffic at Srinagar airport remained suspended for three days due to snowfall and poor visibility. Last month air traffic at Srinagar airport was suspended due to fog and poor visibility for about 12 days. |
