| Sarpanches, Panches flays Govt departments | | | Early Times Report
Mendhar, Jan 18: Sarpanches and Panches of Balakote gathered outside the office of Chairman Block Development Council (BDC) and expressed resentment against the failure of various government department to fulfill their mandates.
Residents of Balakote apprised BDC Chairman Shahmin Akhter about the problem being faced by them.
BDC Chairman alleged Govt failed to prove basic facilities to general masses and totally flopped in dealing with Panchayati Raj works which linked to daily rated wagers.
The peoples of the Tehsil alleged that they failed to provide their wages for which works already done by them. They further said, number of times approached to the concerning authorities but they all are failed all front as no one in clerical staff listening to the command of higher officer rank.
The corruption culture grips the whole system of MGNERGA and other scheme works in Tehsil Balakote for genuine works wages.
The complainant raised their voice against the corrupt employees to their concerned department officer but all goes in vain and many times printing and social media raised our concerns for solutions.
But we get only harassment and tensions from government offices of Mendhar jurisdiction in the current administration run by the Lt Governor. |
