Sunderbani, Jan 19: Forest Department of district Rajouri has totally failed and bow down in front of forest land grabbers not take solid action against under forest law, said former state president of Bajrang Dal & AHP senior leader Susheel Sudan.
In press conference Sudan addressed to media persons he said deforestation seen in different areas by negligence of Forest Department of district Rajouri. He said now department harassing innocent freedom fighter people who saved hundreds kilometers radius area of Nowshera Qila Darhal, Rajpur Kamella and other. While he said division forest officer Nowshera Suresh Manda has not protected forest areas from land grabbers of Pukhrni, Bir Budeshavir, Lam, Jhanger, Qila Darhal, Rajpur Kamella, Thalka, Dubber Potha, Khari Tarath, Siot, Marchola, Channi Parat, Ranji Peda, Peli, Meenka Seri, Kalal and other many areas. Thousands kanal of forest land encroaced by Gujjar and Bakkarwals and broken fancing and also built own houses in forest land and illegal saw Mills also running in Sunderbani Nowshera their license is 18 inches wheels but presently is 40 & 42 inches wheels of saw Mills. Suda n also said one big saw Mill also running with out any license in Sunderbani why forest department is sleeping deeply. |
