Hotel Ramada to host Kashmiri Food festival from Jan 20 to Jan 26

Jammu, Jan 19: Hotel Ramada Jammu City Centre will be hosting a “Kashmiri Food festival”. Jammu city’s first of its kind authentic Kashmiri Cuisine Festival from 07:00 pm till 11:00 pm at the 1st floor, Chinar Restaurant Ramada Jammu City Centre from 20th January 2020 to 26th January 2020.
Visitors to the Hotel can treat their taste buds to the delectable and succulent vegetarian and Non-vegetarian delicacies including Tabak Maaz, Rista, Goushtaba, Palak Rista, Seekh Kebab, Meethi Maaz among other mouth-watering combinations amidst the beautiful and authentic kashmiri atmosphere ambience at Ramada Jammu’s Chinar Restaurant located on the 1st floor with its experience deck for people looking at sitting and getting an authentic experience. The delectable cuisine is made by Master Wazas from Kashmir.
Siddhant Chowdhary, Managing Director Ramada Jammu said :”Keeping up with our promise for innovation and bringing about new things, we bring to you the first of its kind “Kashmiri Food Festival”, a sensory experience of delectable meals where the focus is not just on the taste but most importantly on the ambience and the experience.
Other offerings include Mirchi Korma, Aloo Bukhara Kofta, Dhaniya Korma, Saag Meat, Ghiye ke yakhni, Khatte Baingan and a hot kehwa to end the dinner. Kashmiri Food festival is available from Rs.1100 + Taxes which include 5 types of Non veg and 4 types of Vegetarian items including starters.
