| Valedictory function of 31st National Road Safety Week held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 20: A valedictory function of 31st national Road Safety Week was organized at police Auditorium and the function was graced by the Advisor to Lt. Governor Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar, Commissioner Transport, IG traffic, and other luminaries including RTO Jammu. All the dignitaries expressed their views during their speech and aware the public about the Road safety to be adopted while driving the vehicle on the roads.
On the occasion Ravinder Kr. Bhat Founder of Road Safety Champions a social organisation in his speech spell bound the audience present in the auditorium and stress the students present on the occasion to be a role model in the field of Road safety. Bhat also apprised the audience about the new 5S formula to be adopted while driving the vehicles on roads. Bhat also explained the role and responsibility of Parents, teachers ,Govt. agencies, People and students as they have to take an initiative at their own level to propagate and organize awareness Camps to minimize the road accidents. He also highlighted the role and importance of people and the society regarding the road safety. |
