Search operation launched in Behrarakh

Poonch, Jan 20: 37 RR and 49 RR of army in close coordination with Mendhar police launched a search operation in Behrarah and adjoining forest area in sakhi maidan of sub division Mendhar near LOC. The areas which were searched by army and police included upper Dharane , Gohlad , Chhaja and several other adjoining areas followed by the inputs that some suspicious movement was noticed duing the wee hours. However there was no breakthrough till the reports last come while as the search operation was still going on.
Meanwhile Sub Divisional Police officer Mendhar Neeraj Badyal while talking to Early Times informed that after receiving the information about the suspicious movement of some suspects Mendhar Police and 37 RR and 49 RR of army were carrying out a jointb search operation in several areas near LOC . As soon as any development take place media will be informed accordingly added SDPO Neera Badyal.
