BJP leaders hail JP Nadda’s election
1/21/2020 11:11:32 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Jan 21: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State Executive Member Raman Suri today said that BJP, which is the largest political outfit in India, truly represents common people and is not ruled by dynasty.
It is the character of this party only that enables even common people to reach pinnacle of party for serving the nation. Recent election of Jagat Prakash Nadda, who is from Himachal Pradesh and born in Patna - Bihar, as the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party is an example of how BJP banks upon right people, who can lead, and not the dynasts.
Raman Suri said that unlike Congress, BJP had always been represented by party presidents drawn from different parts of the country. He said that J P Nadda was first elected from Himachal Pradesh and was later elected to Rajya Sabha.
He has also served as minister in different capacities. He said that the election of Nadda as BJP President, the party will prosper and carry forward its legacy.
Meanwhile, BJP Spokesperson, Anil Gupta also hailed the election of JP Nadda.
“It is a lesson in inner party democracy for Maa-Beta (Mother-Son), Maa-Beti (Mother-Daughter), Chacha-Bhatija (Uncle-Nephew), Bua-Bhatija (Aunt-Nephew) parties in our country. While the top position in these parties is reserved for the dynasts, BJP on the other hand provides space for growth to even a booth level worker. Election of Naddaji is a classic example of the same because it is not for the first or the only time happening in BJP but is a tradition of the party.”
Noting that Nadda has assumed the party’s stewardship at a very crucial juncture, Brig Gupta wished him success and hoped that party would scale greater heights during his tenure because of his proven excellent organisational skills.
