JAMMU, Jan 23: The enforcement teams of Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed three illegal buildings.
The buildings belong to Mohan Lal son of Garibu Dass, at 22-P, Sector-3, Channi Himmat, was constructed by violating the building permission wherein the stilt parking meant for parking was converted into a basement for commercial purpose. Similarly, Vijay Kumar Gupta son of Krishan Lal Gupta had raised two additional floors on his shop at Ragunath Bazar on the pretext of repairs.
Moreover, in complete defence to the sealing of his premises, he broke open the seal in his premises leading to JMC lodging an FIR against him. In an another case, the illegally raised house of Shabir Ahmed son of Gulam Nabi at Hanuman Wali gali Pacca Danga Jammu was also sealed by JMC. |
