Gulabgarh villages’ folks appeal LG to consider their demands

Reasi, Jan 24: The general folk of Gulabgarh, Mahore, Chassana, Tulli Banna, Gota Sungri have appealed the Lieutenant Governor to consider the issues of the area, which are widely ignored by successive governments.
The Sarpanch of Lower Tulli-B, block Chassana, Aayan Malik said that Gulabgarh is one of the most beautiful place after Kashmir valley, with natural resources as well as innovative and creative people but the development has failed to reached the area. “The road connectivity is very poor and the available road infrastructure in dilapidated condition but none of the government representative had paid any heed towards the area”, Malik said.
He further said that the youth of the area have been lacking the education opportunities, due to the fact that either the school buildings are under construction or they are closed due to the lack of funding.
“The youth of area is very talented and could pursue their career in sports activities but due to no government push the talent has been dying”, Aayan Malik said, adding that the area has many picturesque view, which could be included in the tourism map of the state, which would ultimately benefit the local economy of the area.
There are many beautiful spots such as Dewal Marg, Gulabgarh, Nanhala Marg, Kounsar Nag Lake, Milk Stream beside others. These places should be developed by the government. The people of the area appealed the LG to pay a visit to the area for the overall growth of the region.
