Jammu, Jan 24: Police have beefed up security across Rajouri ahead of Republic Day celebration. Several check nakas have been laid down by the police to make sure safety during upcoming national day.
Sources informed that after the arrest of JKP DySP in connection with terrorism, alert across Jammu and Kashmir has been sounded and strict vigil is being kept by the security forces.
Strict frisking of people and their vehicles being done by the police at nakas and letting them free after checking their all credentials.
SHO Rajouri Samee Jillani, while talking to Early Times said that department has activated all security apparatus to avert any untoward incident ahead of Republic Day. |
