JAMMU, Jan 24: Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) visited Shant Nagar area of Ward 35 and started construction works of three lanes in the area.
The works will be done under the supervision of JMC at an estimated cost of Rupees 10 lakhs and the funds were allotted to the Corporator from JMC under the stage works. Lane No. 1, 2 and 3 of Shant Nagar area will be constructed through the funds allotted to the Corporator.
He was also accompanied by Corporator Ward 35 Yash Pal Sharma Mantoo, District President Munish Khajuria, Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, JMC officials, local residents and political activists of the area. During his visit he interacted with many people and listened to their grievances as well.
Sanchet Sharma, Sanjay Bhat, Yash Pal Gupta, Kuldeep Singh, Thodu Ram, Sandesh Dogra, Master Harbans Lal, Master Mohinder Singh, Rakesh Gupta, Arun Bamzai, Amar Singh, Gautam Dogra and several others were also present. |
