JAMMU, Jan 24: The Cricket tournament is continued at Parade Ground Jammu wherein Ever Shine Cricket Club gets walkover from Pagotra Cricket Club in the first half of day as Pagotra Cricket Club did not report at the venue. Nagrota Cricket Club V/S Sai Cricket club, Nagrota Cricket Club won the toss and elected to bat first. Nagrota Cricket Club and Sai Cricket club 123 runs each. Earlier the competitions being organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports J&K Jammu in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council where all block teams of District Jammu near about 43 teams are going to participate in this mega tournament. The competitions is organised under the patronage of Dr. Saleem-ur-Rehman, Worthy Director General, Youth Services & Sports J&K, Jammu.
Sukhdev Raj Sharma is the organising secretary of the said tournament and officials of Youth Services & Sports District Jammu remain present during the competitions. Matches were officiated by penal of technical experts of the concerned game. In the 2nd half the Nagrota Cricket Club plays with Sai Cricket Club in which Nagrota Cricket Club sets 124 runs target for winning the competitions. |
