Jammu, Jan 24: Mount Litera Zee School, Anand Nagar, Bohri Jammu and its Junior wing KIDZEE celebrated “71st Republic Day”.
Chairman Er. Parneesh Mahajan, Liaision Officer Mr. Harvinder Singh Sihotra, Principal Dr. Nitasha Bali, Co-ordinators Mrs. Radhika Mahajan (MLZS), Ms Anuradha Sharma (KIDZEE) ,Staff and students.
The function started with the special assembly in which the students were dressed up in different costumes of freedom fighters.
The Principal Dr. Nitasha Bali hoisted the flag and shower flowers on the Tri colour and honoured the flag by saluting.
The students were given demonstration regarding the grand occasion and they actively participated in the celebration by singing group songs, Patriotic songs, National song, solo song and performing dance items. The students and staff delivered the speech regarding this special occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Nitasha Bali, Principal briefed the students about the importance of this 71st “Republic day” by saying “Republic Day” is a day which revives a spirit of sacrifice and dedication towards the country and countrymen .We feel proud to call ourselves citizen of this great nation India. The Programme was concluded with National Anthem. |
