Jammu Sanskrit School celebrates Republic day

Jammu, Jan 24: Jammu Sanskriti School (JSS) Jammu celebrated Republic day with fervor Patriotism.
Today the precincts of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu witnessed an aura of patriotism and reverence which was paid to our constitution-makers because of whom we are enjoying our fundamental rights. The celebrations commenced with the special assembly in which welcome address was given followed by speeches, dance and song performance. Multifarious activities like sprout & salad making, flag making and pen stand making (pre-primary wing), preparation of activity sheet, tricolored flowers and tricolored penholder (primary wing), inter-house singing competition (middle wing) permeated the premises with grandeur chauvinism.
Wisdom house clinched first prize, Optimism house second and passion house bagged the third prize. The event was organized by Harmony house and supervised by CCA Co-ordinator Trishna Sharma. Judges for singing competition were Vivek Mohan (PGT, Music Teacher; Model Academy School) and Deep who appreciated the efforts of students and teachers in presenting beautiful melodies. The celebrations were relinquished with the motivating words of Rohini Aima, Principal cum Vice-Chairperson of the school who stated that the celebration of national festivals brims the ambiance with patriotism and nationalism. We believe in nurturing education for excellence thereby creating a realm of dutiful and responsible citizens.
