MENDHAR, Jan 28: DySP surankote today seized four vehicles which were involved in illegal mining, DySP seized 04 tippers under (Development and Regulation) Act. 1957.
He said that the department will not allow such unlawful activities. He further warned that if any person found indulging in illegal mining the police will take strict action against him under law. According to dysp, they have been getting regular inputs from illegal mining and other employees of the mining department on the transportation of illegally mined sand. Supreme Court has already banned sand mining in the state still the mining mafias are into it. we are taking stringent action against the defaulters,” said Dysp surankote. |
