RAMBAN, Feb 13: Deputy Commissioner (DC), Ramban nominated the Public Information Officer's and First Appellate Authority in Deputy Commissioner Office Ramban, Sub- Division's and Tehsil's under RTI Act 2005.
DC accorded the sanction to the appointment/nomination of Public Information Officer's and First Appellate Authority in respect of offices working under direct Administrative Control of Deputy Commissioner/District Development Commissioner Ramban"
The Public Information Officer's including CPO Ramban shall deal with District Development Commissioner's office related matters whereas Headquarter Assistant to DC shall deal with Deputy Commissioner's revenue related matters.
Meantime Tehsildar Ramban, Batote, Rajgarh, Ukhral, Banihal, Khari Gool and Ramsoo were designated Public information Officers in their respective office whereas Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) was designated First Appellate Authority(FAA) for Ramban, Batote and Rajgarh tehsil and DC office while Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) were designated FAA for tehsil offices of their jurisdictions.
Besides this, Additional District Development Commissioner has been also nominated as First Appellate Authority in District Development Commissioner office. |
