Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 13: Hailing the directives of Apex Court of India regarding cleansing of politics from criminalization, the J&K Aam Aadmi Party, in a meeting held here at Party office Jammu ,under the chairmanship of S. Deep Singh, Founder & National Council Member, passed a unanimous resolution expressing great satisfaction that at least Supreme Court of India has taken cognizance to stop criminals from entering the temple of Politics- the Parliament.
The release said that at present we have 43 % having criminal charges in sitting Parliament of whom BJP tops the tally having 116 MPs, Congress has 29 MPS besides other registered National level Parties like SP, BSP,JDU, TMC etc. The release further reminds the general public of the promise of Narinder Modi where under in 2014 he had categorically stated that he would first cleanse the Parliament of the criminals but strange enough he has not moved an inch about the same, but the number has increased during his tenure in two terms. The Prime Minister – Mr.Modi had further promised the nation that he would bring Judicial reforms for fast tracking the cases against women but ironically he has again failed as such the most heinous case of rape & murder like that of Nirbhya convicts have not been brought to book despite lapse of more than 7 years taking benefit of lapses & loop holes in Judicial system.
