| JKNPP demands Rs 1 crore financial assistance to families of killed fireman | | |

JAMMU, Feb 16: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) has appealed Lieutenant Governor GC Murmu to grant Rs. 1 Crore financial assistance to the families of fireman, who was killed in fire incidence at Talab Tillo.
According to press release, Neeraj Gupta today visited the home of brave and young martyred Vimal Raina fireman to take part in the prayer meeting at Janipur in the house of Vimal Raina who attain the martyred while he was on duty to help the people rescue from a building in the fire incidence at Talab-Tillo Jammu.
Neeraj Gupta meet his family members including his brother (Ashish Raina), mother (Rajni Raina) and wife (Shallu Raina) console the bereaved family. The deceased was also having a five year old daughter.
Neeraj Gupta said that the amount of 2 lakh announced as the financial assistance for the deceased's family is not sufficient. He demanded at least Rupees one Crore should be given as financial assistance to the family's of all the three deceased who sacrificed their lives and Rs. 25 lakh injured fire man. |
