The training programme was monitored by Director NCERT, Prof H. Sanapaty who himself participated in the sessions and interacted with the trainees. Besides, senior faculty members from NCERT took interactive sessions throughout the week long programme.

Dr. Arun Manhas, State Project Director Samagra Shiksha, while addressing the trainees, told that teacher training is an integral and most significant part of the education system without which quality learning cannot be attained.
