Refers complain to GAD Secretary retired in 2015
PM Grievance Cell not updated about JK Admin

Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 17: Although Prime Minister Narender Modi vociferously advocate early disposal of public grievances received from its web portal but shockingly the Cell seems not to be updated about as Jammu and Kashmir Administration and referred a complaint to GAD Secretary who was retired in 2015 and was wrongly addressed.
Interestingly, the center government had asked Jammu and Kashmir Administration to send status report of grievances send to it after every 15 days but PM Grievance Cell itself appear not to be well informed about the JK administration and sent a complain to retired officer on Srinagar Civil Secretariat address, which is actually closed.
A woman, preferring anonymity told Early Times that she had registered a complaint with PM Grievance Cell on behalf of her father, relating to pension issue on 14-02-2020 under complaint number PMOPG/E/2020/0075774 and next day the massage was received to the complainant her that her complaint has been sent to the concerned officer Secretary GAD MA Bhukhari Room Number 545 (AB) Govt of JK Civil Secretariat Srinagar with contact number 01942452239.
Moreover, the address, which was given in complain was of Srinagar where Civil Secretariat is closed as the offices are functioning in Jammu. When the complainant contacted in GAD in Civil Secretariat Jammu, they were shocked to know that MA Bukhari is not secretary GAD and was retired in 2015.
They alleged that their complaint was sent on wrong address, which has diminished the chances of its redressal. “If PM Grievance cell is not updated then it can be well imagined about the fate of LG Grievance Cell where hundreds of complaints pertaining to different department are registered on daily basis,” they said.
