Inter-Collegiate Football Tournament begins

Jammu, Feb 18: The 1st match of Inter-Collegiate Football Tournament of Sports Festival 2020 was played between KDC Kunjwani and GDC Khor in which GDC Kunjwani beat GDC Khour by 5-0. Umar Score Two goals in 4th minute and 6th Minute, Suraj Score goal in 16th Minute, Keshav in 33rd Minute and Aakash score goal in 38th Minute for the winning team. The 2nd match which was to be played between GGM SC. College and GDC Nagrota. In which GGM Science College got walkover and entered in Semi Final. The 3rd match was played between SPMR College of Commerce and GCET Jammu on 18-02-2020 at GGM Science College Football ground in which SPMR College beat GCET by 2-0. Manveer and Ishan Khanna both score 01-01 Goal each for the winning team in 22nd Minute and 44th Minute respectively. Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Physical Director GGM Sc. College, Prof. Pankaj Bandhoria, Ramandeep Kralia, Physical Director GDC Ramban, Pawan Giri, Assistant Physical Director GGM Science College were present on the occasion. The matches were officiated by Suresh Gupta, Rahul Sharma, Vijay Kumar and Abhishek Chandan under the supervision of Sh. Gagan Kumar (Senior Football Coach).
