JKTJAC welcomes newly appointed CEO, submit memorandum

RAMBAN, Feb 19: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) district unit Ramban welcome the newly appointed Chief Education Officer Ramban Vinod Kumar Koul and submitted a memorandum here today.
The delegation led by UT vice president Gulzabir Daing and district president Hari Lal Nag.
They appraised Koul about the problems faced by JKTJAC Ramban and sought his intervention for earlier redressal.
The delegation complained about the alleged illegal attachments of some teachers in offices of Education departments.
In written memorandum they demanded redressal of their grievance like detachment of teachers from ZEO office of the district, release of pay dues and pay arrears of newly regularized ReT teachers from SSA components, implementation of transfer policy for Grade II and Grade III teachers especially female teachers as per SAC decision, release of pending mid day meal liabilities from last one year and issuance of regularization orders of Education Volunteers of zone Ukhral without any delay besides other issues highlighted in the memorandum.
CEO gave a patience hearing to the problems brought into his notice and assured them timely redressal and also recommend the higher authorities of the department in this regard.
Others who were present on the occasion including Kursheed Naik, Sydulla Katoch, Chamil Singh, Joginder Singh, Sajad Rahi, Sajad Zargar, Mubarak Ali, Toseef Sheikh and Reyaz Bhat besides others.
