RPP stage protest for their pending demands

VIJAYPUR, Feb 20: The Retired Police Personal Forum today staged protest demonstration against the UT administrative for their long pending demands at Vijaypur in district Samba.
The protest was held under the leader ship of Ajit Singh State Chairman and District President Raghubir Singh.
They alleged discrimination with J&K retired police in pay anomaly Govt. order No. 229-f 2014 Dated 17-10-2014 regarding pay anomaly. The effect is being prospectively which means from the date of order whereas the effect should have been given from the year 1996 when 5thpay commission was implemented thought the state but only the police department was left quit. Some of them have expired, surviving struggler should get the benefit.
They demanded at least 50000 should be sanctioned at the death of police personal/ retires for performing the last rites of the deceased.
District President of retired police personnel, Raghubir Singh demanded that soon the Lieutenant Governor's administration should not be given the benefit of retired police personnel by applying to pay anomaly.
The following member were present in the Protest District President Raghubir Singh, vice President Karnail Singh Ashok Kumar, Spokesman, Mohinder Singh, Jagdish Sharma, Tara Chand, Balkrishan, Parshtam Singh, etc.
