Jammu, Feb 20: The Pentecostal Mission Eleven registered great win against Bethel Living Eleven and entered in the final of ongoing “3rd Inter Church Cricket Championship” at Alexander Memorial School Ground Jammu which is being organized by Christian Fellowship Trust Jammu under the supervision of Fr. Kuriakose President Christian Fellowship Trust Jammu and Rajesh Gill President Christian Sports Organization Jammu whereas the conduct committee of the championship includes Edwin Khokher, William Mattoo, Johnson Gill, Asif Gill, David Mattoo, Griffan Gill, Sunny Gill, Amit, Asif Paul Gill and Mithu.
The slogan of the Championship is “Be Healthy- stay away from drugs” and main objective of the event is to involve the Christian Youths in sports activities so that they may not involve in drugs and can live a healthy life.
In today’s match T.P.M. Eleven defeated Bethel Living Eleven by 70 runs. Batting first T.P.M. Eleven scored 144 runs in the allotted 12 Overs by 4 wickets. Nitish 82 runs and Patric 38 were the main scorers. From the bowling side Gomez 2 wickets, while Sunil took 1 wicket.
In reply Bethel Eleven managed to score 74 runs by losing all wicket. Munna 32 runs was the main scorer. From bowling side, Sunny Gill took 4 wickets while Romario took 3 wickets.
