One day long Junior Wrestling C'ship held

JAMMU, Feb. 23: J&K Wrestling Association have conducted one day long Junior J&K UT Wrestling Championship-2020 at Wrestling Hall University of Jammu under the auspices of Wrestling Federation of India. J&K Sports Council and J&K Olympic Association in collaboration with Jammu University. Ajay Vaid, Hony. General Secretary J&K Wrestling Association, Raju Sharma. Treasurer J&K Wrestling Association, Dheeraj Sharma. Jai Bharat, Vijay Pahalwan, Swaran Lai Raj Kumar. Ravinder Kumar. Shan-ul-Bashir and Sahil Sharma were also present on the occasion. 50 Wrestlers ( both boys and girls) in Junior Age Category of Different Districts of J&K have participated. All the winners in the championship will take part in the forthcoming 39th Boys Free Style. Greco Roman Style & 22nd Women Junior National Wrestling Championship which is being scheduled to be held at Mandi (HP) from 4th to 6th of March 2020. The Winners are:- GIRLS :- Mosmee Choudhary 50 KG Gold. Vishali Devi 65 KG Gold and Vishali Devi 72 KG Gold. BOYS:-1. 57 KG Weight Category Keshav Singh Gold.
