National Tribal Youth Exchange Programme concludes 2/24/2020 10:21:27 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 24: 12th National Level Tribal Youth Exchange (TYE) Programme which began on February 18 at Youth Hostel, Nagrota concluded today. As many as 220 participants and contingent leaders from different states & districts of Jharkhand and Odisha participated in the event. In the closing ceremony, Garib Das (IGP Headquarters J&K Police, Jammu) was the chief guest while Dr Salim-ul-Rehman (DG Youth Service & Sports J&K Govt) Niranjan Lal (Under Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs Govt Of India) and Mrs Lal were the guest of honours.
