Ramnagar unit of Senior Citizens Club constituted

UDHAMPUR, Feb 24: Senior Citizens Club Udhampur t held an interaction at Ramnagar which was attended by large number of senior citizens, retired fraternity from all walks of the services, army, and business community hailing from Ramnagar Tehsil. President of the Club Mahadeep Singh Jamwal, General Secretary Raj Guru and members of the Club registered their presence on the occasion. Problems being faced especially by the senior citizens were discussed at large and a concern was expressed that various facilities handed down to senior citizens by various acts of parliament in health care centers, banks and other fields are not delivered efficiently by the concerned departments. On the occasion Ramnagar Unit of Senior Citizens Club was established as a unanimous decision of the fraternity present on the occasion with R P Choudhary as Patron-in Chief. Subash Kudyar as Chairman, Shiv Dev Singh as President, Thakur Dass as Gen Sec Bhushan Kr. Modi as Sr. Vice-President, Som Raj Sharma, Ram Sawroop, Rtd. Captain Chanchal Singh, Mohinder Kr. Sharma as Vice-Presidents, Jeevan Kr. Dhiman, Duni Chand, Tirath Singh, Darshan Singh and Sher Singh as Advisors and Theru Singh as cashier and Kali Dass as publicity Secrtary were installed for the Ramnagar unit. The responsibilities as organizer were assigned to Jagdish Chander and Hukum Chand.
