Shrinking of Dal Lake a matter of serious concern: Er Rishi 2/25/2020 11:01:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 25: Speaking in a press conference at Party headquarter Jammu Prominent Social Activist Er.Rishi Kaul Kilam National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson NYC (youth wing of NCP) with a heavy heart and dismay said that it is shocking to express our minds when one talks about the fate of the shrinking and pathetic condition of world famous Dal Lake. Er. Rishi said that God had given a natural gift to Kashmir "Dal Lake " but it is most unfortunate that the lake enchrochers have played with the sentiments of Lacks of people who have visited the famous lake in recent days.It has shrunk 50% due to enchroachment and constructions.It is dying a slow death gradually. The dal dwellers are mainly responsible for the act of injustice with the iconic lake.
