JAMMU, Feb 26: The Automated Sanitary Vending Machine installed at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Shashtri Nagar, Jammu was inaugurated Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department Hirdesh Kumar.
The same was inaugurated in presence of Dr. Naheed Soz, Managing Director, Anuradha Gupta, Director, School Education, Jammu, Dr. Arun Manhas, State Project Officer Samagre Shiksha Jammu and Kashmir and Parveen Akhter, Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, Jammu besides other staff members. Jammu and Kashmir Women's Development Corporation a-part form the objective of empowering women by making them economically empowered and self reliant, was assigned the job of installing Automated Sanitary Vending Machine and Incinerators sanctioned by Apex Corporation namely National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
The same were installed at following places Government Girls Higher Secondary School Handwara, Government Boys and Girls Higher Secondary School Kralpora Kupwara, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Town Baramulla, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Udhampur and Government Girls Higher Secondary School Basholi Kathua. |
