JAMMU, Feb 26: Adv.Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Department Pradesh Congress Committee J&K said today alleged that The Modi led Central Government continues in process of befooling the OBC peoples of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir by sending their likeminded Interlocutors to J&K.
At the day first of the Abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, Home Minister of India Amit shah had openly declared in the parliament of India that " 52% of OBC populations shall be maximum benefited,
Adv. Dogra added Dr.Jatinder singh many times spoken in his speeches for the due rights of the OBCs like other UTs of India but that not implemented. He further said that the recent visit of Chairman National Commission for Backward classes Bhagwan Lal was also a tourist Visit because he declared nothing for underprivileged class of OBC.
"Two days back Vice Chairman NCBC Dr.Lokesh Prajapati promised that OBCs of J&K shall Definitely be given their due Constitutional and legal rights but now 6 months and 21 days has been passed and every Central laws has been Implemented in the J&K UT but the Rights of the OBCs are still awaited", he added. |
