| Delegation of AIBCU calls on VC NCBC | | |

JAMMU, Feb 26: A deputation of AIBCU met with the Vice Chairman of the National Commission for Backward Classes Dr Lokesh Prajapati on the other day and put forth the grievances of the state OBCs and explained their sufferings particularly after the abrogation of art 370 under the garb of which the respective regimes in J&K state looted their( OBCs ) constitutional rights.
It was explained to the vice chairman of NCBC that even after the abrogation of art 370 and with great propaganda of assurances which the govt did under its seal and signatures in the print media, there had been a flop show of the govt union territory of Jammu and Kashmir after making it public the rationalised reservation policy on 30th of January 2020 ,a replica of the reservation policy before the abrogation of art 370. In the present form of the abrogation bill of art 370 which was passed on 5th of August 2019 and appeared in the gazette of 9th August 2029 which contains serial number 07 on page 42 under which the reservation Act of 2004 has been protected ,only means that nothing has changed in union territory of J&K except the SIGN BOARD . |
