Udhampur, Feb 26: New committee of District Karate Association Udhampur was formed on Wednesday at Udhampur.
The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Ambedkar Gupta, General Secretary Karate Association of India, in the august presence of Rahil Gupta, President of Amateur Karate Do Association of Jammu and Kashmir(AKAJK).
In the meeting, a new District committee of Amateur Karate Do Association of Jammu and Kashmir (AKAJK) was framed. Surinder Singh Khalsa was unanimously elected District President, Sheikh Tanveer Ahmed as Chairman whereas Rakesh Kumar Bhardwaj was elected as General Secretary of the Disrtrict Unit.
