Udhampur, Feb 26: Fifteen days have passed but the child specialist has not joined the Ramnagar Hospital thereby throwing the orders of higher ups in H&ME Department to dust. It is pertinent to mention here that 15 days ago the H&ME Department had ordered Dr. Subash Chander, Consultant Paediatrician’s posting in Ramnagar Hospital after 10 kids died there for the lack of one such specialist. The same was highlighted by ET in its February 10 edition under the caption ‘No post of child specialist at Ramnagar Hospital: Director Health Jammu’.
The news item had highlighted that there was no post of a child specialist at Ramnagar Hospital while 10 kids died there. The children at the hospital were checked and treated by the general physicians. |
