JAMMU, Mar 27: In view of the preventive measures taken to contain the spread of Coronavirus, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (DMRR&R) today issued a duty roaster for the officer/officials.
According to the order, Director Finance, Additional Secretary (R)/(S) and Under Secretary (A) shall attend the officer as per routine. The Officials of the department have been clubbed into Group I and Group II. The Group I shall work from 28 March to 04 April 2020 and from 15 April to 22 April 2020.
Furthermore the officials put in Group II will work from 06 April to 11 April 2020 and from 23 April to 30 April 2020. The groups will be assisted by officials in the personal section of the administrative secretary DMRRR accordingly in batches. According to the order issued by Additional Secretary Sunil Kumar, the arrangement shall remain in force till further orders. |
