POONCH, Mar 28: Municipal Council Poonch today started the process of spraying (sanitization) and cleanliness drive in every nooks and corner of district Poonch as a preventive measure to combat the spread of Corona virus (COVID-19).
During the drive, CEO municipality Poonch Garu Ram, Councillor, Imtiaz Slaria and Inspector, Abdul Rehman and the workers of municipality were present.
CEO said that workers of their department have been continuously swung into action to spray and clean various public places and also said that their efforts are to disinfect all places to contain spread corona infection. He also appealed the public to stay at home and maintain cleanliness at their home and surroundings.
Speaking on this occasion, Inspector Abdul Rehman also appealed to the public not to violate the measures and rules taken by the Government and stay in their home for safety.
