| Kilam offers land for isolation center at disposal of Admin | | |

Jammu, Mar 29: Social and Political activist Er. Rishi Kaul Kilam National Joint Secretary & Spokesperson Youth Wing of NCP who is working on ground to his best capacity for this menace has kept an open offer of providing his father's share of land to the extent of 15 kanals in Tehsil Devsar District Kulgam for temporary isolation quarantine center if needed for a temporary phase. Er. Rishi Kilam who's family back ground was as one of the biggest land Lord's of the state has already provided app.85 kanals in tehsil devsar for Degree College which exists. He appeals the traders, employees, NGO'S and industrialists of J&K to come forward by way of donations/contribute to their best capacity and wishes as the alarming situation demands. He thanked the administration who have followed the guidelines in the interest of safety of people and are fighting this COVID 19 menace. Er. Rishi appealed the administration to take strict and strong action against the black marketers in letter and spirit as the people have become victim of these black marketers who have taken undue advantage of lockdown |
