Early times Report

Jammu, Mar 29: An audio conversation between the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kotranka and a citizen asking for quarantine facility for suspected cases of COVID-19 went viral for bad reasons, as the former can be heard misbehaving with the latter.
In 2 minutes and 33 seconds conversation available youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6--Xjg6uSw&feature=youtu.belink, the caller respectfully introduced himself as Waqar Lone from Budhal and raised genuine questions, amid countywide lockdown in wake of deadly rapid spread of Coronovirus in country. “Sir the administration has not made any arrangement to meet any emergency, eight people with suspected symptoms have been shifted Rajouri, why not the quarantine centre is being set up here. We have talked to health department (BMO Kotranka), they are ready to provide us staff and other medical facility”, the called informed ADC, who supposed to have had made arrangement like many other station where the administration have left no stone unturned to get prepared themselves to deal with situation.
But the annoyed over repeated questions and to cover his inefficiency, the ADC started abusing the caller. “Yaar Chup kar, aap kya kareinge, main tuje moka de raha hoon bolney ka aur tum bakwas kar rahe ho (shut your mouth, what I’m doing, I’m giving you opportunity to speak, you are talking nonsence). It is the responsibility of health department not my. Tumahari himmat kasie hue phone karne nichey rakh phone (you dare to call me put down the phone)”, with these words the ADC disconnected the call.
ADC Kotranka could not be contacted for his comment, as his cell phone was stitchoff.
