| RSS workers serving people; BJP leaders doing dirty tricks for cheap publicity | | |

Jammu, Mar 31: While as common genuine people are facing problem in moving from one place to another for emergency, publicity hungry BJP leaders are shamelessly arranging press conferences at party headquarters to “highlight” the work they are doing for the masses.
After imposition of 21-day lockdown on the call of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, district administration has made it clear only those who have engaged in ensuring supply of essential services would be allowed to move.
The administration has already identified some services as identified some services as essential services but press conference at BJP office is not classified as “essential service”.
Credible sources said that instead of doing real service silently at the ground like workers of RSS, all BJP leaders and workers were shamelessly indulged into cheap publicity. They are more worried about their pictures in the mainstream and social media rather than providing relief to the needy people at the ground. There is competition among BJP leaders to issue press note as early as possible to get publicity of their social work.
Insiders in the BJP said that most of the party leaders and workers have confined themselves in their homes. Even some former ministers-, who have allegedly amassed huge wealth through corrupt means during their tenure as ministers in the previous PDP-BJP regime, have locked themselves indoor. As cosmetic exercise some leaders distributed ration to few families just for photo session.
Unlike corrupt BJP leaders, dedicated RSS workers are distributing ration to the needy people silently without any publicity and media attraction. |
