| Left home to buy vegetables, youth allegedly ‘implicated’ by Police in fake case | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 1: Panjtirthi Police today allegedly thrashed a youth along with his mother who was out in locality to buy some essential commodities (ration and vegetables) this morning, however, the Police tried to downplay the matter claiming that the youth was arrested for traffic rules violations, but the youth detained by Police exposed the lie of police in front of media.
While police was trying to conceal the intention of keeping the boy along with his mother in custody alleged that he was driving the scooty without helment and complete documents but the boy exposed the police and said that all documents are lying in Scooty and was also wearing helment.
While showing the beat stains on his body the boy further said that the sub-Inspector on duty beat him with belt and cane mercilessly for long. The boy while showing the vegetables and ration packed in bag claimed that they were out just to buy the essential commodities but he and his mother was detained by police in morning without any fault of them.
When the cameraman was trying to report the issue, the police also tried to stop the reporter harshly and also tried to snatch the camera.
